The application did not indicate the proposed depth <br />of excavation, whether ground water would be exposed, what if any <br />water would be needed at the operation for purposes such as dust <br />suppression, or the source of water for those needs. If ground <br />water is exposed a well permit would first have to be obtained. <br />Any water for other purposes at the mine would have to come from <br />sources allowed to serve those needs. As the mine is located in a <br />location tributary to a non-critical stream reach well permits <br />should currently be available. <br />cc: Division 7 <br />
