We agree with the response document <br />that surface blasting activities should not have any hazardous effects to <br />the Eagle No, 5 Mine, Empire Energy Cozporation. <br />A letter documenting CMLRD's joint approval of Trapper Mining Company's <br />proposal must be received in this office before MSHA's notification and <br />stipulations can be granted to mine over or within S00 feet of the Eagle No. <br />S Mine. <br />If you have any questions, contact Lee Smith at 303/236-2743. <br />Sincerely, <br />cc: Jim Pendleton <br />John W.
