The undersigned Operator and property owner Have read tlic foregoing ~ <br />permit and hereby agree and .accept its terms, conditions, and requirenienis. <br />16. `Any member of the public who is aggrieved by a failure by Operator <br />. to comply with the terms and conditions hereof shall have standing to <br />enforce this Resolution of any amendments hereto.
