Many <br />are visible only at certain times of the year. Revegetation of this site <br />would be best accomplished by introducing adapted species of grasses and <br />trees instead of using the native plants to save time and expense. <br />Vegetation can be established and maintained by backfilling with fine tex- <br />tured soils to increase available water holding capacity and to provide a <br />seed bed.
