Everest - Rinn Valley
Resowces confirmed that both pits will be sealed as part of the reclamation process
following mining. Indeed, a significant portion of the Idaho Creek Resowces Pit has
already been sealed by the operator. Therefore, sealing the Camenish Borrow pit will
have no negative hydrologic impact on Idaho Creek and Rine Valley Resowces pits.
Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions regazding this letter.
Also, please advise if the Division requires an additional time extension regarding this
permit application.
Sincerely,
Michael J. (Mike) Hart
Encl.
Cc: Tony Rathbun, Flatiron Constructors, Inc.
