-2.0 OBJECTIVE
This Spill Prevention and Emergency Response Plan has been developed
for the San Luis Project using industry and regulatory approved handling,
storage, containment, response and notification practices. The plan is
complementary to the projects' 112 permit application and forms part of
the overall policy of BMR to give highest priority to the protection of
human health, safety, and the environment.
