<br /> <br />_ Note: All mill processing reagents are located within the mill <br />building except cyanide Flo-Bins. The mill building has been designed <br />for containment and collection of any spills. <br />1. Determine which mill reagent is causing the problem. DO <br />NOT take any action until the proper course of action <br />can be determined based on the reagent involved. <br />2. Put on proper body and face protection, and breathing <br />apparatus, if necessary. <br />3. Attempt to stop or contain the flow of material. <br />4. Administer first aid and medical treatment, if necessary. <br /> <br />5. Notify immediate Supervisor or the Saf@ty Training <br />Supervisor. Supervisors are to report directly and <br />without delay to the Mill Superintendent or acting Duty <br />Officer. The Mill Superintendent will Hake further <br />corrective and notification action, if necessary. <br />6. Begin clean-up activities promptly. <br />Table 7.3 lists proper protection and clean-Up for mill <br />reagents. <br />No adverse effects will occur from spills of minor aonstituents <br />provided such spills do not occur with the addition of one or more <br />of the above major constituents and are immediately cleaned up. <br />
