• (1) hll coal within the SW: of Section 19; and the <br />tiE;NW;, W~W1~ (also known as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4), <br />Section 30; all in Township 20 South, Range 69 <br />West of the 6th P.M., together with the right to <br />use so much of the surface of such lands as is <br />reasonably necessary to mine such coal, subject <br />to all outstanding rights. <br />(2) The reasonable right of ingress and egress to and <br />from the surface rights described in subparagraph <br />(1) above. <br />(3) Any water rights appurtenant to the lands <br />described in subparagraph (1) above that are <br />necessary for Lessee's mining operations under <br />this Lease. <br />• <br /> <br />22-C <br />
