One inch squazes are <br />broken down into 10 foot increments. <br />Sheet E-2 <br />Shows boundaries of old quarry in azea. This is shown on US Geological Survey <br />Map (See E-1) <br />Sheet E-3 <br />(1) Shows land owners with in two hundred (200) feet of affected area. <br />(2) Shows permit azea in relationship to old quarry azea. <br />Sheet E-4 <br />(1) Shows dimensions of permit azea. <br />(2) Shows dimensions of topsoil and pallet storage azea. <br />(3) No permanent man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of affected <br />area. <br />Reclamation plan will be submitted after meeting with member of Longmnt Soil <br />Conservation District on Oct. 9, 1996. <br />NOTE: <br />(1) 5.6 acre permit applied for. <br />(2) Approx. 3.44 acres of this is old quarry area. <br />(3) Approx. 2 acres of the 5.6 will be used for storage of topsoil, scrap non-usable <br />rock and pallets of material. <br />
