Charlesworth <br />19207 G Road <br />Delta, CO 81416 <br />Dear Mr. Charlesworth: <br />As a part of the application for a Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Permit to extract gravel materials <br />from the Whiting Pit (SI/2 of the SEl/4 of Section 15, and the SW l/4 of the SW l/4 of Section 14, <br />T.1 SS., R95 W., 6m P.M., Delta Coumy, Colorado), the Mined Land Reclamation Board requires the <br />applicant to obtain tm agreement to reimburse owners of permanent man-made structtues within 200 <br />feet of the operation for any damage done to their property or structures as a result of the permitted <br />mining operation. <br />Since your fence is within 200 feet of the affected area, Delta County agrees to reimburse you for any <br />damage done to your property or structures as a result of the permitted mining operation. <br />Your acknowledging signature in the space provided should satisfy the M.L.RB. law requirement. A <br />pre-addressed, stamped envelope is enclosed for your use.
