LAND CLASSIFICATION
As stated in the Colorado Water Conservation Board Guidelines-1978
"Presently irrigated lands to be served by the project usually need not be
classified". Accordingly, no land classifications are included.
SERVICE AREA MAP
The Project Site and Service Area Map is enclosed in the envelope at the
back of the Appendix.

LAND USE AND OWNERSHIP
At the present time, 133 landowners own shares of the Ditch Company. These
landowners irrigate approximately 2,100 acres of land. The land produces a
variety of crops including pasture, fruit, alfalfa, hay and others. A, list
of shareholders (landowners) is incorporated in Chapter IV, Water. All o£
the land is agricultural. No water is furnished for municipal of
industrial uses.
