<br />2) Colorado Lien agrees to comply with all rules and regulations to <br />be adopted as regulations by the Plined Land Reclamation Board pur- <br />suant to its authority under Article 32 of Title 34, C.K.S. 1973, as <br />amended (1976 Sess. Laws H.B. 1065) which are not declared invalid, <br />inapplicable, or unenforceable b}' statutory or court action, as soon <br />as possible, but not later than 180 days af[er the effective date of <br />such regulations. Pending the adoption of such rules and regulations, <br />Colorado Lien agrees to be bound by all of the provisions of the 1976 <br />Plined Land Reclamation Act, as well as the rules and regulations of <br />the Pained Land Reclamation Board previously adopted under the Colo- <br />rado Opening Ptining Land Reclamation Act of 1973. Furthermore, once <br />the rules and regulations are adopted by the Board, Colorado Lien <br />agrees that all documents it submits to comply with such rules and <br />regulations will be subject to full public review and that full oppor- <br />tunity will be given for a hearing before tl~e Board on the adequacy <br />of the documents, if requested in writing by members of the public. <br />At such a hearing, the Board may reconsider further conditions to this <br />permit. This condition is more fully set forth in the stipulation and <br />agreement applicable to the open mining life of the mine permit No. <br />77-2 H.R. issued on April 26, 1916 to Colorado Lien. <br />Tliis permit is issued subject to all requirements of the Colorado Plined Land <br />Reclamation Act and all rules, regulations and standards now in force and any <br />which may in the future be promulgated by the Plined Land Reclamation Board, and <br />this permit may be revoked or suspended for noncompliance with the Act and/or <br />such rules, regulations and standards. <br />I•IINE LAS RE CL IATLON B ARD <br />i <br />? ~ <br />By ~ i LC~I~ t[lc~ <br />DATED: June 16, 1977 <br />
