The operation will mine approximately 300,000 tons per year and the <br />approximate life of the mine is 10 years. <br />Enclosed with this plan is a well permit application and a check for $1,403, the plan <br />application fee of $1,343 and the well permit application fee of $60. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The Del Camino Pit will consist of approximately 86 acres of mined area in the alluvium <br />of the St. Vrain River. Enclosed is the vicinity map prepared by AGRA Earth and <br />Environmental MLRB 112 Permit Application. The vicinity map shows the boundaries <br />of the area proposed for mining. The operator currently plans to begin mining in the <br />spring of 1998. The pit will be dewatered and mined dry. The water from the <br />dewatering operation will be discharged into the St. Vrain River. <br />The property has been, and is currently, used to grow crops. This plan will utilize the <br />consumptive use credit from the irrigation in addition to leased effluent to provide for <br />replacement of depletions. <br />
