said three months vacate the Premises and remove all of his property
therefrom. Neither Lessee nor Lessors shall have any obligation to
compensate Sublessee for any loss of Income or additional expense that
Sublessee may incur as a consequence of Lessee giving notice of
termination of the Sublease. Sublessee shall remain responsible for the
payment of all monies which accrue to Lessors through the effective
termination date of the Sublease.
2. Sublessee agrees to keep businesslike records of all Black Obsidian or
Perlite removed from the Premises and shall make such records available to
Lessors upon demand.
3. Production royalty payments by Sublessee to Lessors will be based on a
weighted tonnage of 52.00 per ton of 81ack Obsidian or Perlite removed
from the Premises, with a minimum annual royalty of E1,000.00 per year.
The minimum annual royalty shall be credited against. the production
royalty otherwise payable in that lease year.

of each year the Sublease is in effect. Payment of the balance of the
production royalty, if any, shall be made on or before April 30th of each
lease year. Payments shall be allocated and paid to each of the Lessors
in proportion to each Lessor's number of shares.. Payments shall 6e sent
