A specific description <br />and location of the vegetation types can be found on Map 42 (Vegetation Types and Land Use) of <br />the MRP. <br />Fish and Wildlife A description of the fish and wildlife within the study area can be found in <br />Section 2.04.1 I of the MRP. <br />MCC has submitted a refuse pile plan to the Mine Safety and Health Administration(MSHA). The MSHA <br />identificationnumberis 1211-CO-09-03672-01. <br />Mountain Coal Company has received an emissions permit for the lower refuse pile in accordance with the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Air Pollution Control Division (see Exhibit 6 of <br />the MRP). <br /> <br />• <br />
