In response to your question about Paragraph 2 of Exhibit D the maximum gradient of <br />the reclaimed slopes will be 3:1 as shown on the revised map we sent you. <br />2. In response to your question about how the operator intends to mine the permit area. <br />The permit area will be mined at a 3:1 slope and then graded,fe~3:l~ape. <br />3. In response to your question of Paragraph 3 (d) of Exhibit D, the decision has been <br />made to use atractor-drawn drill to seed. <br />I hope this answers any questions you might have about the permit area. Could you please <br />call after reviewing this material and let me know if there are any other questions and also <br />let me know what the change in reclamation costs are going to be? <br />Also please find attached copies of the certified mail sent to San Miguel County Clerk and <br />Recorder for proof of filing additional information with them.
