The dates of <br />publication were April 15, April 22, April 29 and May 6, 2005. <br />Also attached are copies of returned receipt cards from public notices sent to property <br />owners and easement holders within 200 feet of the proposed permit boundary, and <br />mineral owners of the subject property. I've enclosed a sample publicnotice letter. <br />Jefferson County Conservation District and Gilpin County Board of County <br />Commissioners also received an updated copy of the application form.
