The undersigned is an authorized representative of the entity identified below. We are aware of and understand the
mine and reclamation operations for the subjecf property (see atfached "Vicinity Map") and have talked with a
representative of Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC regarding these operations. We have no problem with the
operations being proposed by Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC and have been assured by Clear Creek
District Water Providers, LLC that should any damage occur to our structures and improvements due to the proposed
operations, Clear Creek District Water Providers, LLC will fully repair any such damage at its expense or provide full
compensation for any damage.

confirms such agreement and repairlcompensation obligation between the parties.
