Long <br />Re: Alamosa County Pit No. 1, File Na M-2001-108, Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Peron Dlrecmr <br />Application Package <br />Dear Mr. Wes[: <br />On December 3, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received additional materials to your 110 Construction Materials <br />Rcelamation Permit Application package for the Alamosa County Pit No. 1, File No. M-2001-108. Preliminary review of the <br />information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider your application as <br />being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />EXEIIBTf J -Proof of Maitinz Notices of Permit Aoolication (Role 6.3.10): Include proof of mailings of the <br />"Notice of Permit Application" sent to the Board of Supervisors of the local Soil Conservation District, in the <br />application, by submitting the date-stamped receipt for Certified Mailing or a datastamped copy of the notice form <br />with signature acknowledging personal service and receipt by the appropriate board. Also, refer to Rule I.6.2(lXa). <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin our <br />review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipx of aIi of the requested information Additionally, u` <br />you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. <br />Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should initiate <br />republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next <br />regular business day. You have sixty (60) days from the date of the first notice (November 14, 2001) to submit all necessary <br />documents that the Office needs for an application to be considered filed. Tf at the end of the sixty day period, rho application <br />has not been determined to be filed with the Office, the Office shall dew the application and teraunate the application file. <br />ht addition, I am returning the original agreement between the State Board of band Commissioners and Alamosa County. The <br />Division only requires a copy of this document. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that these are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
