Provide proof that the operator has the legal right t~o enter <br />the premises to conduct reclamation activities. <br />The subject lease attested to by Joseph C. Welte, Vice P esident of <br />Summit Pressed Brick and Tile Company, not only provides for the <br />right to enter for reclamation but requires it as well a compliance <br />with all applicable mining laws of the State of Colorado. <br />I believe this answers all the questions.
