Long <br />Umision Dneao~ <br />Please be advised that Asphalt Paving Company, whose address and telephone <br />number are 14802 W 44th St, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 279-6611, has requested <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board reconsideration of an application previously <br />approved on October 18, 1990, to conduct surface mining and reclamation, at or <br />near Section 30, Township 1N, Range 66W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />The application decision is scheduled for September 21, 1993. <br />Copies of the application are available for review at the Weld County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All comments or objections must be submitted in writing and received by the <br />Division no later than 20 days after the date of last publication in order to <br />be considered in the application review process. <br />
