Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that City of Grand Jtmction, whose address and telephone number are 2529 High Country Ct ,Grand <br />Junction, CO 81501; (970) 244-1543, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction materials with <br />this office. The operation will be located at or near Section 26, Township 1 S, Range 1 W, Ute Prime Meridian, in Mesa <br />County. Please be advised that the permit azea may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The <br />applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for February 17, 2007, providing all permit requirements have been <br />met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 7, 2007 to be considered in the application review process.
