Please be advised that City of Grand Junction, whose address and telephone number aze 2529 High Country Ct ,Grand
Junction, CO 81501; [phone], has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction materials with
this office. The operation will be located at or neaz Section 26, Township 1 S, Range 1 W, Ute Prime Meridian, in Mesa
County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The
applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland.
The decision date for this application is scheduled for February 17, 2007, providing all permit requirements have been
met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 7, 2007 to be considered in the application review process. If we do not
receive your comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Office will assume you have no
objection or comment to the proposed activity.
