Please review, edit, and fax to Steve Wujak
and Leslie Hope. Note that the only thing they have to do before the
decision date is agree that the flood control structures will be installed
during the earliest stages of mining, i.e., during topsoil and overburden
stripping and site preparation. They can't actually install the flood
control structures before stripping begins since they need the dirt to build
the berm. If they agree to installation as early on as feasible, we do not
need to bond for flood control structure installation. If they want to
install, for example, the concrete overflow sills at some later point in the
mine plan, we will have to bond. The rest of the technical clarifications
required in the memo can be stipulated for submittal within 30 days or
whatever, and need not hold up approval.
I'm probably going to work from home today since I'm sick as a dog. But I'll
have to bring my germs into the office tomorrow for a Board item. Can you
sign out my vehicle to me for another day? 1'll be checking my voice mail
frequently or I can be reached at 970-468-5638.
thanks, Allen
iiiiiiiiiiiiiiu
sss
Send a cool gift with your E-Card
http:llwww. bluemountain.comlgiftcenterl
