Message: We are in receipt of your letter above reference the
preliminary review of the 112 application.
Exhibit C was included with the application on the date it was
mailed -May 18, 2005.
In view of the comments in your letter we can only make the
assumption that for reasons unknown Exhibit C was not
there when you make your initial review of the application.
Is that a possibility, or alternatively did you find it in the
package but not fully completedT
In reviewing our copy of the application it appears that all
information (a) through (h) was covered in the Exhibft C we
completed and mailed. We did not provide an aerial photo.
In respect to the other matter raised in your letter:
Page 2, Item #10 was a "new item" to us and did not appear
as a question on the application we had for submission; Our
item ii10 referred to post-mining land use which we did
answer as "rangeland". We will attempt to address as
quickly as possible the Page 2, item #10 as you sent to us.
Please confirm at the earliest possible, however, the
questions asked above in regard to Exhibit C. Thank you.
