<br />Revision <br />February 1982 <br />No. 3 portal was redesignated as the west portal and is currently under- <br />going extensive surface and underground renovation. The bleeder portal <br />was closed. T <br />Paleontologic Resources <br />It is recognized that fossils, including vertebrate, invertebrate, and <br />botanical exist in the Mesa Verde Formation. Since mining takes place <br />within this formation at Hawk's Nest Mine, paleontology deposits have been <br />encountered and could be encountered in the future. Should paleontologic <br />• <br />specimens be discovered during construction, the section foreman will be <br />2.04-6 <br />
