<br /> <br />,,, <br />THIS LEASE, made this ~ day of May, 1999, by an between MANUEL & <br />RAUL VASQUEZ OF 4168 UTE H~VY, LONGMONT, CO. 80503, here and after <br />"LESSOR", and ~pc~o r l~a~r .rdr< of Lycz, s ,Colorado, <br />"LESSEE", for the follow describ de property: <br />~ I <br />Legal description as follows, located Salk W~ SE"r( of section 3L <br />township ~_ north, range o t,J west of the 6th p.m. Laramie county. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD the same with all appurtenances unto said quarry from <br />twelve o' clock noon on the day following the date of execution of this lease, until twelve <br />o' clock noon on the last day of May , 2005, at rental to be paid as follows: <br />LESSEE shall pay royalty based on the number of tons of stone removed from the <br />quarry. The amount of said royalty is $5.00 per ton of stone so removed. All stone <br />removed from quarries shall be weighed or weight determined by the parties to this lease. .. <br />Royalties due on stone are to be paid weakly. <br />LESSEE shall have no obligation to pay a minimum monttily rental, to quarry a <br />particular quantity of stone per month, and/or to sell stone to ant particular person or <br />entity. <br />In the event that LESSEE fails to pay any sum due under this lease in a timely <br />fashion, LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR interest at the rate of 15% on said unpaid sums <br />from the date of default. <br />FURTHER, as part of the consideration for this lease, the parties agree as follows: <br />LESSEE AGREES: <br />9'. <br /> <br />
