I enclose for <br />reference a complete copy of the Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />application. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Division has indicated that the <br />information we have submitted, appearing at Exhibit D, paragraphs 3 <br />and 4, pertaining to existing vegetation and soil types is insuffi- <br />cient, and has requested that we consult with you concerning both <br />topics.
