LAFARGE `~ l <br />NORTH AMERICA ore:Cel'e~~e <br />AGGREGATES, CONCRETE <br />& ASPHALT <br />March 1, 2007 <br />Subject: Agreement for Compensation by Mining Operation for Man-Made Structures <br />within 200 E'eet of Sundance Resources <br />Dear Structure Owner: <br />Lafarge has applied fora 112 Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Division of Reclamation <br />Mining and Safety (DBMS) to conduct mineral extraction on land owned by Sundance <br />Investments Inc. The affected land encompasses approximately 745 acres and is located east of <br />I-25 just south of Exit 122, in portions of Sections 9, 10, 14, 15, 22, and 23 in Township 17S, <br />Range 65 W, 6`" Principal Meridian. A vicinity map is attached to show the location of the <br />Sundance Resources site. <br />As part of the 112 Permit process, Lafarge, as the applicant, has to provide a notarized agreement <br />with any owner of a man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected land stating that the <br />applicant will provide compensation for any damage to identified struch>res. Lafarge has <br />identified you as an owner of aman-made structure within 200 feet of the Sundance Resources <br />site and has enclosed an Agreement for Compensation by Mining Operation.
