It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) inay be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B - Mininy Plan <br />This can be a yeneral discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. Tne plan shoulo be correlated with <br />th2 map and should show where extraction will beyin, and which direction, if any, is <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT L - Ma <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection ~.vith the inininy operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT ~ -Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the snap. If noti, the narrative <br />must de comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
