6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />There are no immediately adjacent owners of record. All of the lands surrounding the <br />proposed gravel pit are owned by the Applicant. <br />The name and location of all creeks and roads are shown on the Index Map presented in <br />Exhibit B. The Index Map is a portion of the Cutoff Gulch, Colo. 7.5 Minute Quadrangle <br />Map, Townships 4 and 5 South, Range 96 West, 6"' P.M. <br />There are no buildings, oil or gas wells, lines, or power communication lines on the area <br />of affected land or within two hundred (200) feet of the permit boundary. There is a fence <br />and gate owned by the Applicant that runs in an east west direction along the township <br />line. <br />The area of proposed affected land is shown on the Mine Plan, Exhibit C-2 and <br />encompasses 12 acres. <br />The type of present vegetation is shown on Exhibit J and a description of the vegetation <br />is presented in Exhibit J. <br />Historically, the surrounding area has been utilized for the industrial production of oil and <br />gas, rangeland, wildlife habitat and mining. Mining of construction materials has <br />occurred at this pit in the past. Construction materials have been used on the <br />Applicant's land. <br />The existing topography is presented on Exhibit C-1 Pre-Mining Topography. Mining will <br />occur on a ridge top where land slopes to the southwest with steep slopes occurring to <br />the east and west. <br />A soils information map is presented as Exhibit I. <br />Exhibit C -Immediately Adjacent and Nearby Owners of Record <br />None, see Exhibit C-3. <br />
