After
considering the matter, I do not wish to become a "Party" in the mattes My major concern, as a
neazby downstream landowner (in E % , SE 1 /4, Sec. 27), is the very real potential for the proposed
post-mining inflow structure (as depicted in the US C of E notice) to erode during a lazge flood and
divert the main river through the Pit and thus south of my property, leaving it without any riverfront.
Your assurance that CDMG will require a substantial, flood-resistant structure eases my
concerns. Thank you, and please inform me of pertinent progress on the matter.
GAM/an
Encl.
1048 Independent Avenue, #A-106
Yours truly,
/~~~ ~~~~
Glen A.
