You can also increase the size
of the permit to allow enough land for grading purposes.
,/5. Reclamation Plan - As discussed in No. 4 above, you can
stipulate that reclamation will occur concurrently with
Gc~~~, mining. You must also provide the Division with an
affidavit or receipt demonstrating that the change or addition was
filed with the County Clerk and Recorder no later than the close of
business on the day the change was filed with the Division. A form
is attached for this purpose.
The Division is required to make an approval or denial decision no
later than December 27, 1994, therefore, your response to the
following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the
Division by December 20, 1994. An extension to the decision date
can be granted by the Division upon receipt of a written waiver of
your right to a decision by December 27, 1994 and request for
additional time. This must be received no later than December 23,
1994.
Please call me if you have any questions or need further
assistance.
Sincerely,
~,~ CG~~
Gary Curtiss v
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc:Carl Mount, DMG
:Gladys Russell
12130 N.
