<br />Addendum <br />Bijou Clay Pit Permit Application; Permit No. M-97-007; Application Adequacy Review <br />Exhibit I -Soils Information <br />Most of the proposed disturbed area is in the Cushman-Kutch complex. Both <br />soils type in this complex have a surface layer that is approximately four inches thick <br />with a subsoil layer that is approximately twenty inches thick. In addition the rooting <br />depth for both soils is approximately 20 inches. <br />Based upon these figures, the top twelve inches of soil will be salvaged durinc <br />the mining phase and replaced during the reclamation phase. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />Reclamation costs have been recalculated based on twelve inches of topsoil <br />replacement. In addition contractor and overhead costs have been added at 18.5% <br />and DMG administrative fees at 5%. <br />Exhibit N -Source of Legal Right-to-enter <br />A copy of the mining lease is attached. <br />Atltlentlum.may <br />
