• - Note any comments, too little water to sample, well dry,
well frozen, unusual circumstances, damage to well or
maintenance required
- Initials
Please note that no samples are required at these
wells
Loadout Alluvial Mater Level/Sample Wells - There are currently 2 LALS
Wells located at the Loadout Area. They are:
AP-I - Loadout, just west of entrance on S. side of road
AP-2 - Loadout, west side of tracks adjacent to sediment pond (100
ft. S. of railroad bridge)
These wells have the most complicated sampling requirements of all
the wells and surface sites in the monitoring program. They are to be
• visited once per week during March through June and once per month during
July through October. No monitoring is required during December through
February. Water levels are to be measured each visit. One visit per
month field quality parameters are to be measured and like the MALS Wells
described above, lab samples are to be taken in April, July and October.
The following data and samples are to be collected and recorded on a
Ground Water Field Data form at these wells:
• If water is present
- Well no.
- Date
- Time
- Sample bottle no. and analysis type (for lab samples - see
below)
- Water level
- Temperature - only required once per month
- pH - only required once per month
E.C. - only required once per month
- Note any comments; unusual circumstances, ice in well,
problems sampling, damage to well, maintenance required,
23-190
