• - Note any comments; weather, damage to monitoring station, <br />necessary repairs or any unusual circumstances <br />- Initials <br />Samole Sites -There are 3 SS Sites in the monitoring program. They are: <br />• 316 - Loadout - Swamp on Wildlife Refuse approximately 300 feet <br />south of Loadout <br />• 317 - Loadout - Culvert under RR tracks at south boundary of <br />Loadout <br />• 318 - Loadout - Culvert at entrance to Loadout <br />These sites are to be visited once each week during March through <br />June, and once per month during July through October. No monitoring is <br />required at these sites during November through February. Please not that <br />these sites have no measuring devices. They are only sample locations. <br />• Each time an SS site is visited, the following data should be collected <br />and recorded on a Surface Water Field Data form. <br />• If water is present <br />- Station no. <br />- Date <br />- Time <br />- Sample bottle no. and analysis type (for lab samples - see ~ <br />below) <br />- Temperature <br />- pH <br />- E.C. <br />- Note any comments; weather, rain, snow, snowmeit, snow <br />cover, and any unusual circumstances <br />- Initials <br />- Collect lab samples <br />Each time water is observed, collect one 500 ml raw <br />sample. Record on each bottle the following <br />information (use labels): <br />- Station no. <br />23-182R <br />
