The water for use in the pit will be purchased from a local
supplier. In order to prevent injury to water rights on the San Miguel River,
an over-appropriated stream, the source of the local supplier's water must
be decreed for industrial, commercial, or mining purposes. If this has
been done, we recommend approval of the application.
s A, Danielson
JAD/SSH:mvf

W. R.
