Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />I. fiow many cubic yards of topsoil wiIZ be removed and stockpiled? <br />2. if the topsoil stockpile t~i11 remain in place for more than 1 year, <br />what measures will be taken to control wind and water erosionP <br />B. Exhibit D - Soils <br />1. Soils map is not legible nor is the affected area rnarked off. <br />C. Erhlbit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The entire mined area must be topsoiled to a depth of 4-8 inches. <br />2. The Location of the topsoil stockpiles should he shown on the <br />reclamation map. <br />3. Topsoil must be botuled to parent material on the slopes to prevent <br />slippage. <br />4. .Slopes should be nulct~ed after seeding with fresh straw or native <br />grass hay rate of 2 tons/acre crimped into the soil. <br />Fl ease submit the proofs of publication, notification and county zoning <br />compliance as soon as they are available.
