~X~.~ f ~ • <br />MINING LEASE. <br />This Lease and Agreement, entered into this the 3rd day <br />of March, 1991, between C.L. Pridemore, hereinafter referred to <br />as Lessee, and R.L. Robeson, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Lessor. <br />This Lease cannot be sold or transferred. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />ARTICLE I. CONSIDERATION <br />In consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good <br />and valuable considerations, paid by the Lessee to Lessor, the <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confirmed, and the <br />mutual covenants, promises and agreements hereinafter contained, <br />Lessor does hereby covenant and agree to lease certain property <br />hereinafter described to the Lessee under the following terms <br />and conditions. <br />ARTICLE 2. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY. <br />The Lessor does grant, lease, demise and let unto the <br />Lessee the surface, subsurface and all minerals contained in <br />the following described patented mining claims. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF TRACT 141. <br />A tract of land located in the West one-half of the West one-half <br />of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 33, Township 9 South, <br />Range 77 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Park, <br />State of Colorado. <br />Beginning at a point from whence the West Quarter Corner of said <br />SP.CCinn 'i3 hears North 00° 21' ]0" East 1,127.51 feet; thence North <br />00° 21' 10" East 360.0 feet; thence South 73° 00' 00" East 290.0 feet; <br />thence South 55° 30' 00" East 345.0 feet; thence South 00° 03' 06" <br />West 138.90 feet; thence North 46° 36' 14" West 130.97 feet, thence <br />North 70° 31' 09" West 143.68 feet; thence South 87° O1' 43" West <br />93.86 feet; thence North 81° 41' 41" West 52.98 feet to the point <br />of beginning, containing 8.0 Acres. <br />All work to be performed North of the existing bank, in the <br />previous mined areas. <br />and including 4 cfs of the Platte City mining ditch. <br /> <br />
