Lonft <br /> Division Dneclor <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, I{innie Gravel <br />Pit, File No. M-97.061 <br />Dear Mr. Renquist: <br />On July 28, 1997, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 1 l0 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the ICinnie Gravel Pit, which is located in Sedgwick County. All <br />comment and review periods began on July 28, 1997. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for August 27, 1997. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy <br />of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are wtthin <br />200 feet of [he boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must <br />submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions <br />to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has <br />been placed with the Sedgwick County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Divisions reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the <br />requirements of the Act.
