<br /> Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined
<br /> Land Reclamation Board and the Colorado Mined Land Reclama-
<br />' tion Act of 1976, H.B. 1065, notice is hereby given that the
<br /> Colorado SLlned Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider
<br /> an application by The Robinso^ Brick and Tile Company, 500
<br /> South Santa Fe Drive, Denver, Colorado 80223, to conduct a
<br />' surface mining operation for clay on lands located in part
<br /> of the SE/4 SW/4, and SW/4 SLY/4, Section 34, and part of
<br />' the NSY/4 NE/4, SW/4 NE/4, NE/4 SE/4, SE/4 SE/4, StY/4 SE/4,
<br />NlY/4 SE/4, NE/4 S',Y/4, SE/4 SW/4, NE/4 ?ISY/4, SE/1 VW/4,
<br /> SW/4 NW/4, and `1tV/4 NW/4, Section 25, Township 4 South,
<br /> Range 70 SVest, 6th Principal Meridian, Jefferson County,
<br /> Colorado.
<br /> Mining and reclamation at this site began in 1981 and is
<br /> estimated to be completed in the year 2066. The land will
<br />' be reclaimed as dryland pasture.
<br />' Additional information may be obtained at the offices of
<br />the Mined Land Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman Street,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80203 (phone 866-3567), or at the office
<br />of the Clerk and Recorder, Jefferson County, Golden,
<br />' Colorado 80401.
<br />Written objections to the application must be received at
<br />' the office of the Mined Land Reclamation Division no later
<br />than 5 p.m. on the day of 1981.
