Therefore we need your authorization
to use 2.1 acres of the surface of an unpatented claim (Adam
Reid) recorded with BLM August 1, 1995•
The 2.1 acres is identified by using three on the ground
survey points. 1. The Northest Corner of the Ophir Mill
Site. 2. The Southwest Corner of Ophir Mill Site Which is
also the Northeast Corner of the Ophir Lode. 3. The North-
west Corner of the Ophir Lode. This pie shaped piece is
shown on the survey map with scale of 1 inch equals 50 feet.
We need an approval from BLM so we can proceed with our
application with the Division of Minerals and Geology. Any-
thing to expedite this matter will be greatly appreciated.
We are committed to cooperate fully.
Sincerely yours,
Midas Mi~n~i g Company, Inc.
B /' '
Y ,
Wayne R.
