The average rainfall
in the Windsor area is 16 inches. The nett evaporation for the area
is 24 inches and results in the annual evaporations shov+n below;
Phase I
10 acre fish pond
Phase II
8 acre fish pond
Pha~e III
9 acre fish pond
Annual Evaporation
20 acre feet
16 acre feet
18 acre feet
Upon completion of Phase III the expected annual evaporation v+ill
be 54 acre feet.
No knovrn well or aquifers will be affected by the proposed develop-
ment and no discharge into the Cache-La-Poudre River is p1a~11ed.
Overburden lar~~dscaped locations will drain into the excavated area
to present disturbed area runoff from entering the river di:^ectly.
Development is not expected to cause measurable, material il'ljury
to any known senior water rights.
If I can be of further assistance or if any questions arise please
contact me.
Sincerely,
~,~
Fred L.
