ULP, LLC) is continually and adversely affected
~~
by the operations of ZMK, and the lack of oversight, and enforcement of basiominimum
standazds of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. The report issued by Walley
Erickson on 10-16-2003 is riddled with:
1. Areas of successful compliance with omitted supporting data
2. CT (Citizen Complaint) concerns acknowledged without acceptable corrective actions
proposed.
3. Inacouracies
The `Areas of Successful Compliance' does not have any reference in this report to base a
decision. How can Mr. Erickson simply `check-off a satisfactory grade for the following topics
without providing documentation to support the fmdings?
Fish & Wildlife
Storm Water MGT Plan
Erosion sedimentation
Off-Site Damage
Topsoil
Re-vegetafion
Complete Inspection
Reclamation plan
This report is a complete joke. Absent is any documentation pertaining to these `General
Inspection Topics.' The Eagle used to fly in this area. They have not returned in over 2 years.
Please schedule a hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. I am the
Manager/owner of 1128 County Road 23. (The property directly South of mining activities) As.
the Citizen who initiated this complaint, (and the individual directly aggrieved by DMG's
decision) I am entitled to the boards review.
Please give adequate nofice for scheduling this review
for your consideration,
- TheTJncer~lpahgre Land Partners, LLC
