RESOLUTION - DENVER BRICK AND TILE SPECIAL USE REVIEW 85-141
At a regular meeting held by the Board of County Commissioners o£
Elbert County, State of Colorado, on the 9th day of October,
1985, the following resolution was approved.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed the
recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding the Special
Use Review application from Denver Bziek and Tile Company to
allow clay mining in Section 19- T95-R61w in Elbert County, and
having reviewed said recommendations;
THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
approve the Special Use Review application from Denver Brick and
Tile Company to allow Clay mining in 519-T95~R61W with the
following stipulations:
1. Access road entrance

7. Company to share cost of gravel for upgrading of
County Road 89 on added width to be agreed on between
Denver Brick and Tile Company and District 2
Commissioner.
8. Appropiate warning sign on Highway 86 to be approved
by the State Highway Department.
upon a motion duly made and seconded, the above and foregoinq
resolution was unanimously adopted by the Hoard of County
Commissioners on the 9th day o£ October, 1985.
