03d09l2007 11:28 7195412826 ELBERT COUNTY R&B PAGE 02 <br />RESOLUTION - DENVER BRICK AND TILE SPECIAL USE REVIEW 85-141 <br />At a regular meeting held by the Board of County Commissioners o£ <br />Elbert County, State of Colorado, on the 9th day of October, <br />1985, the following resolution was approved. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding the Special <br />Use Review application from Denver Bziek and Tile Company to <br />allow clay mining in Section 19- T95-R61w in Elbert County, and <br />having reviewed said recommendations; <br />THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the Special Use Review application from Denver Brick and <br />Tile Company to allow Clay mining in 519-T95~R61W with the <br />following stipulations: <br />1. Access road entrance <br />the hill on County Road <br />2. Cattle guazd on Coun <br />89 dnd State Highway 86 <br />withstand the weight of <br />16 feet. <br />to pit to be placed at the top of <br />89_ <br />ty Road 89 south of intersection <br />to be upgraded or replaced to <br />the trucks and width increased to <br />3. Increase mulch and planting of Ponderosa Pine <br />Seedlings as part of the reclamation plan. <br />4. Reclamation slope to be 3 to 1. <br />5. Sediment pond and preventative measures to prevent <br />damage to any neighboring stock ponds. <br />6. Speed limit signs (40 m.p.h_) to be posted on County <br />Raad 69. <br />7. Company to share cost of gravel for upgrading of <br />County Road 89 on added width to be agreed on between <br />Denver Brick and Tile Company and District 2 <br />Commissioner. <br />8.
