At this time,
however, the Highway Department has no funds available for purchase of right-of-way
so if it is determined the additional right-of-way will be necessary to accomplish
the removal of the three rocky points, the onrk will have to be postponed until funds
become available and the right-of-way can beacquired-
Colorado Lien has also agreed to provide the necessary manpower to reduce
vegetation along Highway 325 upon the Highway Department's designation of the location
it wants such vegetative reduction. Again, this cork may be restricted to a degree
by highway right-of-way limitation but we anticipate that some vegetation can and will
be reduce3 without acquisition of additional right-of-way.
The Colorado Department of Highways does not desire any participation by
Colorado Lien Cot~any in making improvements to State Highway 325 beyond that state3
in this letter.
