Box 608 <br />Dove Creek, CO 81324 <br />Re: Receipt of 110(2) Reclamation Permit Application, Black Snag, <br />File No. M-95-010 <br />Dear Commissioner Gore: <br />On February 9, 1995, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your <br />reclamation permit application for the Black Snag pit, which is located in <br />Dolores County. All comment and review periods began on February 9, 1995. <br />The decision date for your application is scheduled for March 13, 1995. <br />Roy Romer <br />Goverrar <br />lames 5. Long <br />Division Oireclor <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of <br />the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit <br />proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision <br />date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in <br />our office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been <br />placed with the Dolores County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate <br />to meet the requirements of the Act.
