Based upon ties fore ing findings of fact and nodes of
violation. and pursuant to the provistons of C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-123,
The Board hereby orders y to:
1. immediately esa~e and desist all open mined sand and
gravei mining operations. I,
2. Submit s panpleta and adequate permit applleatton to be
acted oa by the Mined LandlRaalamst::on Board.
3. To give written notice within one (1) day after receipt
of this notice to tM Mins Land Reclamation Board of your compliance
with paragraph one (1) of his cease and desist order.
4 In elarlflestl of the rights of reeiplenes of notices
of violation, asass end ds~ist orders, parties are advised to consult
the Colorado Mined Lind Reddlamatlon pet and the State Administration
Procedure Act. i
Nothing h+reln ontalnad, particularly those portions re-
quiring certain acts to-be erformed within a certain time, shall be
construed as a peemit or 11 ense either to violate aay provisions
of the Mined land Retlamati laws and regulations promulgated there-
under or to engage in any ospseting or mining operstions within the
State.
