(the "Applicant/Operator"} has applied for <br />a Regular (112) reclamation pe rntit from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Hoard (the "Board") to conduct mining operations in <br />Montezuma County. The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed <br />operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (the "Divi:i.on") and the local county clerk <br />and recorder. <br />The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to <br />pastureland use. Pursuant to Section 34-32-116(7)(j), C.R.S., <br />the Board is required to confer with the local Soil Conservation <br />Districts before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the <br />proposed operation.
