<br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />SJ <br /> <br />At the time of this application no contract has been awarded <br />for this Project. Therefore, the Contractor's equipment is <br />not known, but standard equipment is anticipated. <br />The following equipment could possibly be used: Earth moving <br />scrapers, haul trucks, dozers, motor graders, front end loaders, <br />crushers, hot plant and supporting fuel and service vehicles. <br />Stockpiles and work areas will be marked on the Index Map and <br />Mining Plan Map within the affected area. There will be <br />approximately 6" of topsoil removed and stockpiled. There will <br />also be 6" of overburden removed and stockpiled. The overburden <br />and topsoil will then be put back on the affected area of pit. <br />The Contractor will restrict his operation to the area as <br />designated and staked by the Engineer within the P1ined Land <br />Reclamation permitted area. <br />Upon completion of gravel extraction, the Contractor will proceed <br />with. the reclamation of the pit area, as per reclamation plan <br />submitted.
